Casting children for CBBC game show series – Horrible Histories Gory Games

Posted by | July 20, 2017 | News | No Comments

We’re currently looking for children to apply to be contestants in the series and I wondered if you would be interested in offering this opportunity to the members of Harrow & Brent United Deaf Club.

We’re always looking to try and make CBBC shows as inclusive as possible and open up the opportunity of taking part to all children.

The new series will be filmed during the school summer holidays meaning no time off school would be required, and production cover all expenses for the child and a parent to come to London and film.

Gory Games is a fun and exciting game show which involves three contestants per episode battling it out in history related challenges and quirky quizzes, in order to win a variety of grizzly prizes. We’re looking for horrible historians between the ages of 8 and 12 to apply to take part, and applications need to be received by us by the 21st July, although we encourage children to apply as soon as possible.

I do hope this is something that you would be interested in offering to the children at your club. I have attached the application form for convenience, or alternatively, children can be directed to the CBBC website to get the application form from there – http://www.bbc.co.uk/cbbc/joinin/horrible-histories-gory-games-be-on-a-show

Calling all Horrible Historians! The messiest, silliest, brainiest, goriest game show is back! Do you know the beastliest bits of history? If you are aged between 8 and 12, then Gory Games could be for you!
